Mission Statement

Our mission is to keep technology simple for the users and customers. The rapidly changing technology landscape becomes a daunting challenge to understand and keep abreast. The normal user simply does not have time to understand the latest technology fads or "gee-whiz" component. Also, customers should not be innundated with techno-babble or jargon when all they want is a system and/or software program that works. With this customer profile information in mind, we always propose efficient technical solutions to a project/program opportunity, using the best cost/benefit approach that is suitable for the customer's circumstances. It is very simple – we want customers to be satisfied with our technology solutions….period!

Experience

Our personnel have over 35 years of "hands on" experience designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining secure, multi-million dollar mission critical information systems. These systems include federal, state and local government agencies and large, medium, and small commercial organizations. Some of the larger customers include DoD, NSA, DIA, CIA, DoS, DEA, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, Boeing, and Northrop/Grumman. We also have over 18 years of experience designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining secure e-commerce systems, web portals, and web sites/stores.

Community Involvement

As a voting member of the Weatherspoon Foundation, we help select a graduating senior from Elgin Oregon High School that has shown the most improvement over their 4 years in high school and present them with the Kathleen Weatherspoon Slack award. It is designed to reward the "underdog" student for their hard work to turn around their lives and prepare themselves for adult life.

We also support Senior Projects that are an Oregon state requirement for high school students to graduate. Typically, this program exposes seniors to various occupations within many industries. We mentor students in high tech industries to include web design, computer repair, software engineering, and network engineering.

Outside Interests

We are also involved within the art community, primarily bronze sculptures. Please view our involvement at The Tao of Bronze and Curtiss Studios.

Owner

Rick Weatherspoon was born and raised in the Elgin, Oregon area. He has vast experience in hardware, software, simulation, networks, electronics and information technology. Having traveled and experienced the world and all parts of the U.S.A., he has settled back in Northeast Oregon (i.e., sometimes called "God's Country").
